Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rap musician with a distinct style. Baker was born into a English Scottish German family in Houston, Texas U.S.A. On April 22nd in 1991. As a child Baker spent a large deal of time traveling with his parents, who were missionaries. James Colson Baker, his father, struggled with depression and was unemployed. His mother Sonia Alane had left him as he was nine. Baker's father moved with his son to Denver and the family lived at the home of his aunt. Baker experienced bullying from youngsters in his community because of the poverty he had. As a sixth-grader, he began listening to rap. Colson Kelly (also known as Machine Gun Kelly) was born April 22, 1990, in Texas. The artist is famous for mixing modern and alternative hip-hop with rock in his music compositions. Prior to joining Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. Then in the latter half of 2011, this Cleveland rapper was a household name following his transition from self-releasing mixtapes to signing with well-known label labels. In the following years, every album he released charted at number 10.
